Do I need a bank account to use ChatPay?
No. You can open a provider-backed personal or business ChatPay Wallet. If you already have an eligible Nigerian bank account, you can also link it separately through the consent and e-Mandate flow.

Select Open ChatPay Wallet during onboarding or from the main menu, then choose Personal Wallet or Business Wallet. Wallet KYC and limits depend on the selected tier. Linking an existing bank account is a separate option.
