What is ChatPay?
ChatPay is a controlled conversational-finance pilot delivered through WhatsApp.
The current implementation supports linked-bank onboarding, account status and history, plus gated airtime and electricity purchase flows. Transfers, data bundles, other bills and crypto are not currently available.

- Save ChatPay's official WhatsApp number
- Send "Hi" to start a conversation
- Follow the on-screen prompts
- Verify your identity (BVN + phone number)
- Start transacting
Is ChatPay available 24/7?
Yes. You can access ChatPay anytime, including weekends and public holidays. Banking partner downtime may occasionally affect transfers, but ChatPay itself is always on.
